after a super busy school week, we now have a big weekend ahead ... the parent-run figure skating competition hosted by our skate club is taking place on sunday ... all day sunday ... as in, 6:30am setup 'til the last medal is awarded around dinnertime sunday ... saturday will involve a full morning of practice and rehearsals followed by the runaround for those inevitable last minute needs like costume repairs and prop adjustments ... thank goodness for this blessedly calm friday today ...

I swear those cookie boxes get smaller every year! We're still waiting for our cookies that we ordered. Sounds like you guys have a busy fun weekend ahead...good luck to the ladybugs!!
So impressed that you did this Sloan, I always remember on the 11th. I suppose I could be a rebel and do eleven on eleven. Enjoy your very busy weekend. The booth looks amazing. And lastly, I am so thankful all those cookies are sitting in your house and not mine.

Thin Mints are crack. Plain + Simple. I was a girl scout and my mom was cookie mom one year. I always planned to be cookie mom....and now I have only boys ;-) Oh well, I guess I am cookie mom in that I bake cookies and they are gone in an instant with these boys!
We didn't buy any GS cookies this year. I really want some though! That puppy of yours is so cute, and I know I always say that, but she makes me smile. That reflection in your window is beautiful. What a great shot! I had root beer yesterday too. :) I hope the booth does well this weekend. Good luck!
