december weekending ...

final new puppy appointment
all shots completed
she's a big girl now with her rabies tag jingling
5 1/2 pounds and still not even halfway to full grown!!



skating
warm lunch
tree trimming at pop-pop's with the cousins
baking treats on a cold day
spaghetti dinner
wizard of oz for movie nite!!

sleeping in
lazy hot breakfast
time to get dressed up
off to the city
Boston Ballet's Nutcracker!!


amazing performance
happy memories
little ladybug's two friends/classmates danced in the party scene ...
onstage for about half of the first act!
the Bear is still our favorite
Arabian and China dancers a close second ...
and Mother Ginger ...
and those Russian dancers jump so high!
I take it back ...
impossible to pick just one favorite ...
gorgeous sunset as we drove home
favorite Chinese restaurant for dinner ...
in honor of those Chinese tea dancers ;-)

Ohhh. . .I wanted to do the Nutcracker this year with the girls, but life is just too busy!!

Sounds like you are soaking up the holidays!! Love it!

Sounds like a lot of fun Sloan. Boston looks gorgeous. I've never been. I've been to Fall River, MA, but that's not even the same huh?! :)

Oh man! I want a weekend like that. Minus the Nutcracker though. But if it was the BOSTON Ballet, I may just go again. ;)

The party scene is so much fun. I bet LB's friends were in heaven this year. :)

What a perfect weekend!
We haven't been to the Nutcracker in a few years...I think it's time to go back!:)
That little puppy of yours...so sweet. Good friends of ours asked if we wanted a 4 mo old golden puppy someone had to give away....i was this close..wouldn't that have been awesome under the tree!!!

If we could get a puppy exactly like yours...I just may give into my son! He just melts my heart...and I'm not much of an animal lover!
