frrrrrrozen ...

so this is what my front yard looks like in february ...

... and what better way to spend a freezing day then to have some frozen hot chocolate from my one of my favorite stops in NYC, Serendipity. They post a picture of their "real" frozen hot chocolate on their website - it's their signature treat, served in a giant glass bowl with many straws ... it's an absolute must whenever I'm in New York! But for when you don't have that luxury, they sell packages of their frozen hot chocolate mix ... basically just powder, milk, and ice in a blender and voila:

Yum, it soooooo did not disappoint ... enjoy!

I have been dying to go to Serendipity for this very reason. Where can you get the powdered mix??

Thanks again for saying hi, excited to read more! :)

Hi Lisa - fancy meeting you here, I'm so glad to hear from you! I get the mix at a local wine/cheese/gourmet grocery shop in my town ... BUT ... I know for sure you can get the mix at amazon.com ... super easy and super delicious, really worth a try! and of course if you're ever in NYC ... nothing beats the real thing!
